What Permanent Lighting Includes for a Hanford Home

Trim-first mounting plan

On older homes we note trim condition and profile at the site visit and plan how the track attaches before install day.

OMNI base package

Transformer, permanent tracked wiring, low-voltage connections, custom-fitted track, app setup and the 15-year product warranty come with the first 100 feet.

Concealed hardware

OMNI track is color-matched and tucked under the eave, so period details stay the focus during the day.

PermaLites 365 option

An outward-facing roofline system for owners who want a visible holiday outline. Priced by proposal.

Protected connections

Connections and the controller go in protected locations, because Kings County fog brings long damp nights.

Permanent Lights on Older Hanford Homes Without Hurting the Trim

The neighborhoods around Hanford's historic downtown and Courthouse Square include older homes with painted-wood fascia, decorative trim and rooflines that were never designed with lighting in mind. At the site visit we look at the condition of the trim, where the track can attach cleanly and how wires will route without crossing visible details.

OMNI is usually the right match. The track is powder-coated to the trim color and sits under the eave, so the architecture stays the focus during the day. The warm-white diode looks natural against an older facade. If trim needs repair before anything is mounted, we will tell you at the consultation rather than discover it on install day.

  • Trim condition and profile reviewed at the site visit

  • Track color-matched to painted trim

  • Wire routing planned around visible details

  • Warm white suited to older facades

How Permanent Lights Handle Kings County Fog and Damp Winters

Hanford sits in the heart of tule fog country. December and January can bring days of dense fog and damp nights, and moisture finds any exposed connection. In one stapled DIY kit we replaced, wind wore through a wire's coating at a staple, and moisture and corrosion caused flickering within about six months.

OMNI keeps the wiring concealed inside powder-coated aluminum track, with no staples, and we place connections and the controller in protected spots during design. With sunset near 4:45 pm in early December, the lights can come on automatically before the evening fog settles in and switch off on their own at bedtime, so nobody steps outside on a cold, wet night.

  • Concealed wiring, no staples

  • Connections and controller in protected locations

  • Automatic schedules around early December sunsets

  • 15-year OMNI product warranty plus one year of Kaylor labor

Hanford Traditions and Kings County Conditions

Downtown Hanford

Courthouse Square and the historic blocks around it give downtown its character, and Superior Dairy has been a local favorite for generations. Nearby homes often have the older trim we plan around.

Hanford Winter Wonderland

Lights and ice skating make Winter Wonderland a December tradition. A permanent roofline lights your home for the season without an install day.

Tule fog season

Kings County winters bring dense fog and damp nights. Planned low-voltage connections and protected controller placement matter more here than on any box kit.

Lemoore and Armona

Lemoore, including families connected to Naval Air Station Lemoore, and Armona are part of our Kings County service area.

How Much Do Permanent Lights Cost in Hanford?

Trim that needs repair before mounting is flagged at the consultation and handled before install.

Rooflines and corners

Older homes with decorative gables need more custom-fitted pieces.

Power and controller

The distance from the transformer location to power shapes the electrical plan.

OMNI is priced by measured linear footage; PermaLites 365 is priced by proposal.

Commercial buildings

Commercial buildings are priced after a site review, with lift access and after-hours installs planned in, and we provide certificates of insurance.

FAQ

Permanent Lighting in Hanford: Common Questions

Do you install permanent Christmas lights in Hanford?

Yes. We install OMNI RGB and PermaLites 365 permanent lighting in Hanford and across Kings County, including Lemoore and Armona. Each system is priced by measured linear footage after a site visit that also checks trim condition, with installation and drive time included.

Will permanent lights damage the trim on an older Hanford home?

Not when the mounting is planned. We review trim condition and profile at the site visit, attach color-matched track where it fastens cleanly, and route wiring around visible details. If trim needs repair first, we tell you before install day. OMNI hides under the eave, so period details stay in front.

How much does permanent lighting cost in Hanford?

Residential OMNI in Hanford runs from about $3,700 for a 100-foot roofline up to about $16,500 for a 450-foot full-home wrap, installed. PermaLites 365 is priced by proposal, and final pricing is confirmed after a site visit that also checks trim condition on older homes.

How do permanent lights handle tule fog in Kings County?

Moisture is the main winter risk, and it attacks exposed connections first. OMNI keeps wiring concealed in powder-coated aluminum track with no staples, and we place connections and the controller in protected locations. App schedules can turn the lights on at sunset, before fog settles.

Do you serve Lemoore and Armona?

Yes. Lemoore, Armona and other Kings County communities on our service area list, including Corcoran and Stratford, are covered. Families connected to Naval Air Station Lemoore are welcome to call about off-base homes. OMNI is priced by measured footage the same way there.

Can my Hanford lights be used outside the holidays?

Yes. OMNI has a dedicated warm-white diode, so most nights it works as everyday exterior lighting for the facade and entry. You can save color scenes for the Fourth of July, game days and other dates and run each on a schedule from the app.

Can I get my home ready for Hanford Winter Wonderland without an install day?

Yes. A permanent roofline is ready every December from your phone. If you also want wreaths, garland or lit trees for the season, our seasonal service includes design, installation, takedown and storage, priced per season.

What warranty comes with a Hanford permanent lighting system?

OMNI carries a 15-year product warranty, and Kaylor covers installation labor for one year. An annual Kaylor service plan adds lifetime product coverage, subject to agreement, and it transfers once if you sell the home. Contact us for full warranty details.
