We started as a landscape company, so we light trees, beds and hardscape the way a landscaper sees them, not just the roofline.
Design before ladders
Every display starts with a plan built around the architecture, the landscaping, the colors you like and the budget you set.
Commercial-grade products
We install commercial-grade LED lighting and decor that is built to hold up through a full Central Valley season.
In-season service
If a section goes out during the season, call us and a crew comes back to repair it. You never climb a ladder.
Takedown and storage
In January or February we take everything down and store it at our facility until next season.

We carry certificates of insurance for commercial sites and can schedule installs after hours, around business operations.

Our Story
Kaylor Landscape began in Porterville in 1974 as a landscape company serving homes and businesses across Tulare County.
In 1998 the family added Christmas Decor by Kaylor Landscape. Today the team completes more than 300 projects a year, from neighborhood homes and private estates to shopping centers, healthcare campuses, casinos and cities.
Chris Kaylor and his son, LC, help lead the company alongside designers, crew leaders, installers and support staff. Several of our leaders have been with Kaylor Landscape for decades, so many customers see familiar faces return to their property each Christmas, with crews who already know their display.

Seasonal, Permanent and Commercial Lighting
Most of our work is seasonal: we design the display, install it, keep it running through the holidays, then take it down and store it.
We also install permanent roofline lighting that stays up all year and runs from an app, and we design programmable displays for businesses, venues and cities. In 2019 we expanded our commercial decor capabilities through a partnership with Frosty's Light Shop, which added decorated trees, large-format displays and interactive photo spots to what we can build.
