For more than 50 years, Kaylor Landscape has been building, improving, and caring for properties throughout Central California. We are a family-run company with deep roots in the communities we serve—and since 1998, Christmas Decor by Kaylor Landscape has helped families, businesses, and entire communities celebrate the holiday season.

 

Today, Chris Kaylor and his son, LC, help lead the company alongside an experienced team of designers, crew leaders, installers, and support staff. Several of our leaders have worked with Kaylor Landscape for decades. That experience matters: many of our customers see familiar faces returning to their property each Christmas, often with crew members who already understand their display and how to care for their home or business.

 

Over the years, we have grown into one of Central California’s longest-running and largest professional holiday lighting operations. Our team completes more than 300 projects annually, ranging from neighborhood homes and private estates to shopping centers, healthcare campuses, casinos, municipalities, and large public displays. Whether we are decorating a family’s first home or coordinating a multi-property commercial installation, we approach every project with the same attention to detail.

 

The finished display may look effortless, but there is a great deal happening behind the scenes. Our team plans each design, prepares and tests the materials, coordinates equipment and installation schedules, services the display throughout the season, and returns after the holidays for removal and storage. It is a complete, professionally managed experience—not simply a crew hanging lights.

 

In 2019, we expanded our commercial décor capabilities through our partnership with Frosty’s Light Shop. This allows us to provide everything from traditional roofline lighting and decorated trees to large-format displays, custom commercial décor, interactive photo opportunities, and advanced programmable lighting systems.

 

What we enjoy most is seeing how these displays become part of people’s traditions. For homeowners, it may be the moment the lights come on for their children and grandchildren. For a business or community, it may be creating a destination that brings people together year after year. Those experiences are why we continue raising the bar each season.

 

From the first design conversation through installation, in-season service, removal, and storage, our goal is simple: create something memorable while making the entire process easy for our customers.
