What is included in seasonal Christmas light installation?
Custom design, commercial-grade LED lights and decor, professional installation, in-season repairs, takedown in January or February and off-season storage at our facility.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. Seasonal displays are a full-service program. We supply the products, install them, maintain them and store them, so you never buy, store or reinstall anything.
When do you install and take down lights?
Installs start in September, and large commercial projects can start earlier. Takedown runs January through February, or on a custom schedule. Book early for the install date you want, because our calendar fills each season.
What happens if a section stops working?
Call 800-791-3330. In-season service is included, and a crew comes back to repair failed sections.
How is pricing determined?
Every project is priced from the property: the length of roofline, the number of trees and features, access and height, and the products you choose. Residential packages typically start around $1,800 per season, and permanent OMNI roofline systems run from about $3,700 for a 100-foot roofline up to about $16,500 for a full-home wrap. You get an itemized proposal before anything is installed.
What is the difference between seasonal and permanent lighting?
Seasonal lights go up starting in September and come down in January or February, or on a custom schedule. Permanent lighting is mounted under the eaves year-round and runs from an app, so you can use it for every holiday and occasion.
Can permanent lighting be used for more than Christmas?
Yes. Permanent systems are mounted in concealed, color-matched track and run from an app, so you can set colors and scenes for any holiday, game day or everyday warm-white accent lighting.
Do you decorate businesses and cities?
Yes. We work with businesses, hospitals, casinos, shopping centers, offices, venues and downtown districts. We carry certificates of insurance and can install after hours.
Can you decorate trees and landscaping?
Yes. Coming from a landscape company, we wrap trunks and canopies, light planting beds and frame walkways as part of the design.
Do you offer interior decorating?
Yes, for commercial properties. We decorate lobbies and interior spaces with trees, garland and wreaths.
